    At YouBeNext we like to be honest and transparent. It is crucial that you understand these terms and conditions before you order our products. In case you have a question or something is not entirely clear, feel free to give us a call.

    HOW WE WORK

    You place an order and you immediately pay via the Paypal payment portal. Once we’ve received your materials, we may reach out to you to obtain more information about your professional aspirations. This will allow us to tailor your new application materials to your specific needs.  

    If based on your credentials, original materials and the position or program you target, we feel like you are not setting realistic targets for yourself, we have the right to decline your request. We will inform you of such a decision within 5 working days. In this case, we refund the paid amount excluding any service fees or administrative costs that originated with the Paypal platform. We refund this amount within 30 working days.

    COMPLETION TIME

    The completion times we indicate on our website are indications of how long it usually takes us to develop your new application materials. We can’t guarantee to always deliver within the stated time. We will be transparent in our communication to make sure you can manage your expectations accordingly.  

    REFUND POLICY

    The refund policy below applies to the online writing services for cover letters, resumes and application essays. For the online video courses on Udemy and Skillshare, the refund policies of these platforms are respected. For the template downloads from our website, we can not refund paid amounts.  

    When can you request a refund?

    We are committed to provide an excellent service. We make your new application materials with time and care. You can obtain a partial refund for the products you have purchased if both of two conditions are fulfilled:

    1. You are convinced and willing to formally state that your new application materials have not improved your chances to get an interview with the company or school you target.

    2. You can prove, based on a legitimate rejection email or letter, that you have been rejected prior to the first interview round.

    When both of the above conditions are met, we will refund 70% of the amount you have paid, excluding any administrative or transactional costs that originated with the Paypal payment process. We have to charge this 30% refund fee because of the nature of our business. Writing application materials is not an exact science. There are circumstances we can not foresee. At the same time, we are applying a very good method and we are confident that you will in fact be satisfied with your new materials.

When using our services, you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions prior to enjoying the service.

    3. Enquiry Data: Enquiry data is collected when you engage with our platform in the form of an enquiry or a question directed to YouBeNext. When you search for products or interact with our employees or chatbots, we gather data that we may afterwards use for marketing and communication purposes.

    4. Transaction Data: We gather data that originates from transactions in which our users engage on our platform. Transactions include purchases of goods and services. The transaction data may include your contact details, your card details and the transaction details. We can use this data

    6. Correspondence Data: When you send us messages we gather data on the content of your message as well as metadata around the message. We gather this data out of interest, and to allow ourselves to engage into the interaction and perform our services properly.  

    7. The data as described in this section can be used in a defence against legal claims. Through the processing of this data we would in that case protect your as well as our own legal rights.  
    8. The data as described in this section can be used for insurance coverage and to protect against risk.
    9. The data as described in this section can be used for complying with legal obligation. This would be done to protect our vital interests and the vital interests of the user.
    10. We ask you to only provide us with your own personal data and not share the personal data of others.

    PROVIDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO OTHERS

    1. For the online payment process we work together with Paypal. In order for us to process the payment we have to share your data with this third party. The way they treat and save your data is determined by Paypal’s privacy conditions.  

    2. The data as described in this section can be used for complying with legal obligation. This would be done to protect our vital interests and the vital interests of the user.

    PERSONAL DATA – RETAINING AND DELETING

    1. We keep your data to process information necessary to perform our services. Some data you provide we use to communicate with you frequently. We don’t keep your data longer than necessary.

    2. We will keep your personal data for a period of maximum 2 years. For the newsletter communication, we will ask you to renew your consent 2 years after you’ve signed up.
    3. In case of legal investigation or to comply with the law, we may keep your data for a longer period. We do so to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of any other natural person.
